E-mail Forwarding in Website Hosting
If you have a website hosting package with us and you set up an e-mail address inside your account, you'll be able to forward it with just a couple of mouse clicks to any other e-mail address of your choice. The feature can be enabled whenever you make a new email address or at any time later on and deactivated just as quickly in case you change your mind. This can be done through the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you will manage your account. You will also have the option to choose if a copy of the incoming messages will remain on our servers or not. The advantage of this option is that you will always have a copy on your server if anything occurs with the other mailbox or maybe if it is not active for some reason at the time an email message is forwarded. If the feature not enabled, an e-mail will be received, forwarded and erased from our system regardless of whether the remote email is functioning or not, so it might be a wise decision to have it active just to be on the safe side.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
For people with a semi-dedicated server from our company, it will take only a couple of mouse clicks inside the Email Manager area of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward the e-mails configured on our system to a third-party address. In the same area you will also have the ability to observe how many of your email addresses are forwarded and where the incoming messages are sent. It is easy to activate or disable a forwarding account at any time and throughout the process you may also choose if a copy of the email messages has to be maintained in our system or not. Although this feature isn't a requirement, it is very practical as you will have a backup copy of the messages on our end in case that something occurs with the third-party mailbox. Even if they have only a temporary issue, you run the risk of losing e-mail messages as once our system gets and forwards a message, nothing will be maintained on our end unless you selected a backup to be saved.
